Knowledge Services

Health organizations increasingly recognize that access to digitized health information alone does not guarantee better decisions. Rather, they need access to integrated, highly filtered information and knowledge. Communication and problem-solving aids are also required to ensure health-sector workers have the tools and skills required to obtain better information.
SEARCH Knowledge Services provides knowledge management and information access to the SEARCH Classic and Custom programs, including development and enhancement of curriculum and courseware resources, and technology support. Additionally, Knowledge Services works with partners and members to extend access to high-quality information and online learning resources, as well as tools to support communities of practice and collaboration to professionals in the health system.
